Leahy's
Frank Leahy Memorial Scholarship Foundation
Through the generous approval of James P. Leahy, the assistance of Bill Hoye from the General Counsel's office, and Joe Russo from the Financial Aid office, The Morris Inn is proud to offer Leahy's shirts, vests, and hats beautifully adorned with the Leahy's logo. We are pleased to offer these items as a tribute to the Coach. $ 2.00 from every purchase of a Leahy's vest or shirt will go the Frank Leahy Memorial Scholarship Foudation administered by Joe Russo. $ 1.00 from the purchase of every hat will also be given to this fund. As of April 2002, the fund was at $ 985,000.00 which is very close to its goal of $ 1,000,000.00. The purpose of this fund is to assist deserving Notre Dame undergraduates in need of financial assistance to attend the University. Those gentlemen who played for "The Coach" are affectionately known as "Leahy's Lads", and their devotion and love for Coach Leahy and the University are shown by their generosity to this fund.
