Proudly featuring selections from the wineries with Notre Dame connections, at each Wine Academy Dinner, guests enjoy an exceptional five-course meal perfectly paired with that month’s featured vintner as well as a presentation from the winery and our Food and Beverage Director, Patrick Dahms and Executive Chef Phil Gulis.
